David Naylor

David was a co-founder of Budd in 2001 and emigrated to New Zealand in 2009 with his family. David's children were born in Australia.

David has extensive experience of implementing best practice processes in a range of industries and has extensive experience in working on Top Issue prioritisation and in outsourcing relationships.

President, Driva Solutions based in Seattle. Formerly global head of customer service at Amazon and at telecom company/outsourcer MCI before its merger with Worldcom.

Bill is co-author of "The Best Service is No Service".

Tim Kitchin

Tim is a founder of Glasshouse Partnership and an expert in “Brand Learning” - how internal and external perceptions and brand values interact and how they affect stakeholder value.

Formerly with Ogilvy, Tim has worked with an extensive number of e-commerce companies and e-supply chain suppliers.

He is a director of AccountAbility the ethical think tank and CSR standards body.

Jonathan Wilson

Executive coach and leadership consultant.

Jonathan has written numerous articles for various magazines and lectured extensively, in particular on the impact of complexity theory on strategic thinking, on authentic leadership and on how industry leaders can learn powerful and relevant lessons from human factors issues in systems catastrophes.

Before consulting, Jonathan was Head of Senior Management Development with SAS Scandinavian Airways for two years, Managing Director of London City Airways for four years and Commercial Director at Virgin Atlantic Airways for two years, starting with ten years at Laker Airways, the company that launched low cost trans-Atlantic travel.

David Jaffe

David Jaffe is consulting director and co-founder of LimeBridge Australia. He is co-author of "The Best Service is No Service" and facilitates the Chief Customer Officer Forum in Australia.

David has worked in a variety of industries and in a past life (which we've nearly forgiven him for) he headed the customer space for Accenture. However he is a good guy despite being prone to bursting into song!
