About the event

Jonathan Wilson
After 21 years general management in the airline industry with companies such as Laker Airways, Virgin Atlantic, London City and SAS Scandinavian Airlines, Jonathan joined the consultancy world. Having been on the Board of a new successful consultancy for some years, in 2001 he set up an independent coaching, and OD business. Jonathan is a part of Budd's advisory Board. He is the UK distributor of Dialogue Life, and A Board member of CFAN, the global Change Facilitation Associates Network."

Emma Griffiths of ReachLocal will also be telling us how they drive targeted internet searchers and track, in detail, how potential customers interact with your site. In fact, their tracking will show exactly how your customers are interacting with your business either online (through page views, forms or emails) or offline (via phone calls). Most importantly, their platform uses the information gathered through the tracking of all events to automatically optimize every campaign. While the campaign is running, their system will refine the placements and keywords to focus your investment on the activities most likely to result in the sale.
